Custom Instrument Cables in Nashville
Here at Runway Audio, we have worked hard to create a custom instrument cable that lives up to our standards. We wanted a high-end instrument cable that preserved tone and minimized signal loss. Low-quality cables can cut off high frequencies and make instruments sound flat and muffled. Our goal was to make a cable that looked great and stood out as a piece of a musician's gear—no longer just an afterthought.
This instrument lead fulfills our goals. With one of the lowest capacitances in the industry, our Nashville-made high-end instrument cables minimize tone loss, especially in the high end frequencies. This preserves your tone, so your playing can sound like it was meant to. The cable's outer sleeving lets it shine in awesome colors as well as protect it from the world and help it to wrap cleanly.

Our instrument cables are made with low-capacitance cabling at 20pF/ft, meaning they have the least amount of tone loss from any cable on the market
We use 20 AWG wire with 95% braided shielding all encased in Techflex for tour-grade protection and style topped with G&H Gold and Gunmetal Plugs
Capacitance: Like Golf, The Lower The Better!
At a capactiance of just 20 pf/Ft, our cables allow you to get more out of your gear. Capactiance is the measure of tone loss and our cables are practically lossless!
Hearing is believing in the audio world and with Runway Audio Cables, you can hear the difference.

The 15 foot cable to connect my Kamaka ukulele and Orange acoustic amp works well. Durable and exceeds my expectations. Next I will order a mic cable from Runway Audio. You can't go wrong.
I haven't had a chance to put this new cable through any long-term listening. My initial listening is limited but no complaints. I will say I am impressed with the construction of the cable itself.
I was comparing it side by side to a couple of other high-end cables I use, one that was only 5' and another 10' cable. My 5' cable definitely stood pretty close with it, but in the end, as I used my 15' instrument cable from you guys to record a couple different bass tracks through a PJ bass and my old school Yamaha bass, both excellent instruments (through my Eden WP100 bass preamp), the definition was apparent. The articulation was also captured better. I don't know how else to put it. The fidelity was definitely there. And this was the 15' cable. I would expect some loss. Not so. I've used it for two long gigs this last weekend as well with much success. Very happy. Next up is to get a couple of XLR cables from you for my studio! Keep building up an arsenal of your cables. Thank yoU!
I have used now on two gigs each time I was very pleased with its performance.
and less noise .
I might get another one
I have purchased three 1/4” > 1/4” instrument (guitar) cables from Runway Audio & have noticed higher fidelity output than the other premium cables I use in live & studio applications. The are extremely well made, snag & tangle free. Customer service at Runway Audio (Nashville, TN) is fantastic, as well.
